Your service team is always awesome, Kenneth, Tony Fears all great at making me feel like the only customer they have. I dread, however, the sales call I'm going to get from your sales staff after they poach my number from your service database. Happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN FOR service and I do not appreciate it.

I can say that Tony Fears is a professional and made me feel very welcome and a part of the Nissan family ...I believe that is most important concerning any member of tbe dealership ..I will request him as my service tech from now on ...I appreciate his professional and gentleman's demeanor...thank you

I never received my Uber to take me home waited almost over an hour then called someone to pick me up. Then after dropping my car off at 10 AM I was told by my agent Victor I will be called for an estimate after they took a look at my car I waited until 1:30 pm never received a call so I called for my agent Victor whom I was told was to busy with other customers to answer my call so I waited for 30min to get a call back which I didn’t so my mom ended up calling on my behalf whom was upset and was told he was at lunch at 2 pm then we called once again at 3pm and was told victor just left to lunch again which was unbelievable...we looked at other places for estimates because we felt like the 593 was too much and found that the same repair at Miidas was only 250 so we called again to ask why we were being over charged and was told we can get a 15% discount ..the whole experience was horrible and I really do not wish to ever return again the service at Cerritos Nissan is horrible and you get overcharged.
