Johnathan Ortiz is the reason why I come to Cerritos Nissan. Although is it out of my way, I do not trust anyone other than Johnathan to help me. Not only is he friendly but takes the time to thoroughly explain the repairs being performed. He also has the patience to answer my many questions. For me, Johnathan is tmy go to guy when my Rogue needs maintenance!!
