Carlos Fuentes was excellent, he did his job well. I was supposed to get me a new key and remote since the spare I received when I bought my car wasn't the right one. I made a second trip back on Saturday to pick up and have the key programmed. My salesman siad it would be in my service notes so I wouldn't have to wait long. I arrive, nothing was done and I waited for 2 hours for a key. Carlos did everything he could to ensure things went smoothly to the best of his ability.

Eric is very professional.
Eric should be the manager/service director because he has the temperament to be one. He is very knowledgeable about Nissan products and service and he's patient because Eric and I were thrown into an ackaward situation by the service director but he was still calm and polite.
Further, he explained what were the possibilities and what I should expect.
Next, he followed up with me and kept me informed about every turn or twist. He even recommended a nice restaurant for me and my family to try while we were in Cerritos.
Thus, he's also very pleasant, kind, and thoughtful.
Thus, I want to commend him as your employee and wished you guys promote him and hire more people like him to sell your products and services.

Jonathan was very nice, but waiting 4 hrs is just to long.
Very efficient and exceptional service he made me believe in bringing my car back for serve 7 months ago your service department personal were not good in treating customers with respect keep hiring people like Erick and also Caren and Kimberly from financial.
Service was excellent from Carlos. I just wish cost of the different services wasn’t so expensive.
