Problem not solved although I was told it was, but had to bring it to Victor's attention after I got into my car and realized problem was not resolved and my car was there for over 4 hours.

I was very satisfied with Victor Silva Diaz customer service. As soon as I walked into the service center at Cerritos, Ca Nissan, I was acknowledged by Mr Silva Diaz. I would go there again for any car related issues.

When I left my car marked that the tires pressure was still LOW. I called back and Victor told me he thinks that they need to be reset so now I need to take my car back for that. I hope however they did rotate my tires and fixed the air pressure. Also when my car was washed, they did not vacuum under my mats ugh!!
