I went in for an oil change and when I came home I noticed there was green marker on all 4 doors of mine towards the inside where the lock latch is. I’m not sure why this was done as I only went in for an oil change. I have pictures.
Not only that but I didn’t appreciate the tech’s attempts to aggressively upsell me. When I say no the first time I should not be harassed for another 5 minutes after and made to feel uncomfortable.
Tech gave me feedback about the wrong car. Said I needed almost 1500 in repairs for a 2 year old car. Came to get my car, tech forgot about noise I told him car was making. Had to leave it again. Came to pick up car again and had to wait 15 min for someone to bring my car because they forgot about it. All of this while spending over 500 bucks on the 30k maintenance. May go to a different dealer in the future.
Your service was very good. Do you have any additional savings or coupons for senior citizens. It’s tuff for people who are on fixed income
The finest Service I ever Had , and I will be back for my breaks soon because I was treated so well , and I’m in the business, 10 for my Service Writer, and 10 for the Store, nothing could have been done better , happy new year ,
Eric was really on top of the problem with the a/c, willing to explain the issue iand kept us updated with the status of the fix. We are really pleased with his customer service.
