I called a day before I came. Over the phone, the part was 330.00 roughly, when I came to get a diagnostic the estimate for the total service was 1,1510.00 with the part costing roughly 600.00.. How is it the price of the radiator jump from 330 to 600.00 the next day?... Your service is far too high, I went to a mom & pop shop and got it done for 320.00 out the door with a years warranty..

The service provider made sexual comments toward me and made me feel scared and uncomfortable. I spoke to a manager and was changed to a different provider.
The malfunction warning showed up again on my way to the store. It disappeared when I turned the engine off. Then on my way home it appears again.
