Jacob was so helpful and patient with me because I was upset that the manager who did my contract when I bought my car told me I will have free oil change for good but Jacob explained otherwise. Is not his fault but he knew I was upset over the phone and not once he was rude and when I went into the dealer he was so nice. He made conversation and made me feel comfortable and made sure I was good he order me an Uber and called me when my car was ready and asked if I needed a ride back which I didn’t. Thank you Jacob for making my first car service experience great.
I went in for an oil change and a battery problem. That was 4 hours long. I was frustrated and overwhelmed the wait was super long. When I got my car back I came with the surprise that someone had taken money from the side compartment. It was only $20 missing out of $70 but still not cool. Makes me not trust the company if you have employees that take things from the cars we are trusting you with.. I am extremely unhappy I couldn’t get the money back and the fact that someone when snooping in my car make me feel like I can’t trust you guys with my car. Erick was very friendly and kind. I really appreciate his helpfulness.
