AFTER I RECEIVED MY TEXT THAT MY CAR WAS READY I STILL WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF TO PICK UP MY CAR
I waited three hours for the transmission fluid in my car to be changed/tested after receiving a notice that the previous service may have used transmission fluid with irregularities. I was told it would be two hours. It was just an excessive wait time.
He was straight forward and friendly. He did a great job, although I was hoping for a better outcome....

Our service attendant Brian was very helpful & explained all that needed to be serviced to my rogue for the mileage it had & our key batteries to changed & explain of thing with phone on vehicle & different things on vehicle, he had to explain twice bcuz husband is hard of hearing, very helpful employee, very good service from Cerritos Nissan.
