First time to Cerritos Nissan. Tony Fears was excellent. He went out of his way to ensure my car "was taken care of". He communicated regularly had all repairs done as promised. I live in Pasadena and normally go to Duarte Nissan. In the future I may utilize Tony for my service needs. Thanks again.

It's not a typical thing for me to complete surveys, however, Eric was one of the best in customer service. He explained Everything to me and helped me understand everything about what was being done to my vehicle. Nissan is truly lucky to have him as an employee.
