This was my first time at this dealership and Tony was amazing! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on so many things! We reviewed everything and he explained everything thoroughly… very calm and not rushed… Most dealerships just want you in and out - a quota to meet - but Tony was different… really wanted to help and work with me. I will be definitely recommend my friends and family to come see Tony!!!

yes but I was not happy with my paperwork that says some stuff need to be fix asap. it is Mark red but he told me that he will update the information in the computer. it is wrong but yet I still hand over paperwork that was not updated. how would I know and have proof that my information in the computer was updated. this is unprofessional and I am worry about it. if my car break down in the future and they look at my paperwork and says I did not maintain my car. I always maintainence my car up to dated. I alway bring my car to Buena Park and Cerritos dealer. my car is well maintainence but the paperwork that was handed to me says I need some stuff to be done immediately. I am not happy and worry about that. paperwork that handed to customers need to be updated on what the car need to be done asap.
