I like to go to Cerritos Nissan because I have always been treated very well.
Jacob didn't give me regular updates.
He wasn't looking for me to say that the vehicle was ready, and For that I was waiting 2 hours more.
He sent a TX note 12:11pm to say the vehicle was ready only needed to prepare a few documentation.
I was happy because I came in without appointment 10:45 am, but after that totally silent until that I asked him 2:10 pm.
I like to let you know Edward did an excellent job in assisting me. I did come in without a scheduled appointment yet he was able to assist me with no problem. My battery died on me and my rear wiper broke per my car wash people. He’s an excellent employee very professional and courteous.
In 6 years going to have service to your dealership,Edward Bravo s service has been the greatest. Thanks for having him as your worker. He is the best a l am not kidding

I was at first very disappointed that my regular service provider, Jacob Vargas, was not available. The only reason I bring my two cars to Cerritos is because of the exceptional customer service he provides. When Jaime was assigned to us I had to give in and let him. He wasn't Jacob, but he was great. We received our car back in the time he gave us and he kept us informed and worked with us on a price we could handle.
Jamie is literally the only person I will see for my car. He’s so professional, honest, explains everything to where I understand. Super recommend him.
