I was not satisfied with Brian Guillen. I called on July 20 to schedule an appointment for zintetic paint . The lady that picked up the phone (I did not get her name) schedule me for July 21 at 11am. I arrived and Brian comes outside. His explaining everything to me and then he tells me my car will be ready first he said 3pm and then he said 330pm and I said that is a long time , I said ok can I be dropped off to the mall which is only 5min away in a car. He said yes we can drop you off but not bring you back . I said why not bring me back it's not to far and i dont have a car or any transportation to come back . He said there policy changed and they dont bring customers back. I told him I was never told over the phone when I made the appointment that it was going to take this long , if I would off known I would off made some arrangements. He couldn't help me so I asked him I need to speak to his manager . I spoke to his manager which is something I dont like to do but he gave me no other choice . Walk to the manager office explained the situation and he told Brian no problem we can arrange a pick for you . As a customer service what Brian should off done since the beginning is , let me see what I can do since they did not mentioned it will take like 4 1/2 hours to so a sintetik pain and let me speak to my manager but no he did not take no initiative and I had to speak to his manager . I eventually had my friend pick me up and did not need the transportation. I got to the dealer at 3pm and my vehicle was already ready parked outside. He did not text me or call me that my vehicle was ready . I was very upset when I got there because I had so many things to do that day and even 30 min or not sure my car was ready I could off done my errands. Brian sees me surprised I was there because I did not need his transportation at the end and he waits 15min and texts me my car is ready . You can see the cameras exactly what time my car was ready not sure why he would not call me or text me to let me know it was ready . It was not a good experience for me and I would not want to get any help from him next time . I will be going there frequently but will not want any assistance from him . I really dont send this kind off reviews but it was not a good experience for me . Thank you Jacqueline G
