Paloma was extremely kind and patient and she did more for me than the Downey Nissan did. She believed everything I told her and that means a lot to me because women aren’t taken seriously when they come to dealerships. I know I can come to her whenever I have a problem and trust her to do her absolutely best.
Don’t need a call back already dealing with the issue with Eduardo my experience with the service on my car was what I didn’t want to happen. I have no complaints about Jonathan nor any representive. Everyone in the service department is very nice and helpful. My issue is with the sales manager who I dealt with when I bought my car that made me have the bad experience today. Eric has exception customer service skills and was very helpful with the process today. He explained payment options and the total amount for service up front. He was honest and diligent. In addition, he was able to get our car through as quickly and fairly as possible since we took the time to make an appt. He even helped us grab something from the car that we forgot before it went back to get serviced. He’s also just simply put, super welcoming. Thank you for our visit and look forward to making the drive out further than we need just to be seen at Cerritos and hopefully helped by Eric. Thank you.
