very good job from Carlos Fuentes I felt comfortable for the first time
I appreciate many in parts and Carlos. They took care of me when the day before 2 people could not. These 2 gentlemen were great.
I had to have my stereo completely changed out. Victor did an exceptional job and had it done within the 3 hours.
Jaime was courteous, amicable, and knowledgeable in regards to my vehicle's maintenance requirements. He verified that I would wait at the dealership while the vehicle was serviced, which was performed within the time suggested. Thank you.

Tony Fears is very knowledgeable and cares about each of his customers. He makes sure that you are aware of the progress of service on the car. Whatever additional work is needed that information is promptly given to you.

I paid for my tires to be rotated. Mechanics did not do it. This made me very disappointed and angry, because they didn't notify the service advisor and I still paid for it! As I was leaving I took the moment to check my tires and found this to be true. Made the service advisor take my truck back to get the tires rotated and moved. This is stealing from customers. Not happy with this. How many customers didn't bother to check and went home not knowing the mechanic never changed the tires???
