Fue mi segundo cambio de aceite y aparte que me cobraron a pesar de que adquiri mi camioneta en esta agencia y me prometieron 2 servicios gratuitos, me cobraron de mas. No lleva ni 20,000 la camioneta y en mi factura se cobraron un aditivo que no necesitaba. Aparte de esto no agregaron el liquido de limpia parabrisas que segun fue parte del servicio. Peor de todo dejaron mi camioneta llena de manchas de grasa que sobresalta ya que es blanca y la lleve recien lavada para ahorrar tiempo. No me quedaron ganas de regresar.

I brought my husband's Nissan Altima to Cerritos Nissan because of the service I received primarily from Jacob when I first brought my Nissan Sentra to your shop a month ago. He was gracious, kind, understanding and took care of what I needed specifically. He set me at ease on my first visit, which prompted me to come back again. This time I told him exactly what my husband needed and what he didn't want and he listened and did exactly as I requested. He also broke down what would be needed in the future, but he was very professional and not pushy. What we wanted mattered more to him and I appreciate him for that.

Eric is extremely attentive and really takes his time to understand my problem. He’s always keeping me in the loop about what’s going on with my vehicle and follows up with me as soon as it becomes available. Brought my vehicle in for the recall service and a oil change. It has less than 1,000 miles on it from the original mileage from when I purchased it. So basically the Pathfinder sits in the garage 90% of the time because I have 2 other vehicles on one of them is also a Nissan. Ok to the point I keep them clean however each time I’ve brought them in each time I’ve gotten them back both have had grease on the hood , fender and on the outside drivers door where the mechanic(s) have worked on them. This last time again it was supposed to have been washed but there was grease on the outside AND finger prints on the inside driver side door. I had to take and get it detailed. With COVID-19 I would think better precautions would be taken. I drive from LA to Cerrrtos passing 3 other Nissan dealerships because of the level of service I use to get here. I had been there since 7am and it was about 12 noon or later and I was tired otherwise I would have brought it to the service manager’s attention. Most of the time I have been very happy with the service but lately not so much. Very disappointed. Thank you Roderick Spells.
Brian is amazing. I will definitely continue to take MTV vehicle to be serviced at Cerrtios Nissan and request Brian. Very nice, patient, explains everything in great detail.
