On 10/14, Carlos Fuentes was timely and explained everything carefully. He shared information on car rentals. I found him very helpful!! I returned to pick up my car on 10/15 and the experience was very different. Carlos had the day off and when I entered the service area, no one greeted me. Not even the two men to the left of me that had no customers. After waiting for someone to address me, I decided to go to the cashier for help. There was no ine there and I waited several minutes. An employee answered my request for the cashier and when she arrived, she told me I had to got back to the front. I returned and did not wait to be addressed, I asked one of the men to help. He found the paper work and called for my car, fifteen minutes later, I returned to the front and asked for my car again and it came. The entire visit was over 30 minutes for me to collect my car, unbelievably POOR service!!!!!!!

Jaime was extremely nice and helpful. He’s the best person i’ve come to for service so far. He was adamant on trying to find the issue with my vehicle and did the best he could. I felt like he actually really truly cared and that means a lot because i haven’t received that kind of treatment in the past and i’ve been coming to nissan for 3(?) years now. I can tell he’s a genuine human being who wants the best for his customers!

I came in and dealt with a young man Brian Guillen he was very curteous and upfront and honest in the beginning to the end. He also kept me informed on the process of my truck with text messages which I do appreciate very much. All I have to say is I had a great exspierence all the way around ????????????

Carlos was very professional from the moment I arrived till the time I left. I originally came in for juat an oil change and tire rotation but the mechanic discovered an issue that needed to be repaired so it was going to take the entire day to complete so Carlos arranged to have a Uber drive me home and pick me up once my car was ready.
