It took longer than we expected. We were told it was going take about 2 hours. We arrived 10.30 am and left about 2.30 pm.

No one ever told me if the issues that caused the transmission to fail were corrected. If the transmission you put in is going to fail in 60,000 miles, I just assumed that I should get rid of it now, but everyone was talking in circles. The original transmission you warrantied for 5 years, this one's only warrantied for one year, it seems if you got the bugs out of it you would warranty it like the old one.
