I was great attention whit Eric is really good person and he did his job really serious thank you a lot
First we took the car and they said it was going to take 3 days but it took 10 days. When they called to tell us that the car was ready the worker Paloma had very bad additude. They told us 15 minutes but it took 1 hour and it was dirty in the inside and outside when they gave it back to us. If we have bad service 1 more time we will move to another worker.
I asked to have tires checked and rotated but when I left the tire pressures were still low and sensors had not been corrected so it cost me a trip back and more time. Moreover, when I first saw my car there was new damage to the hood and grill molding and license plate was bent out. I’m certain it wasn’t there before I brought it in. I pointed it out to Jacob. He said he didn’t notice it when I dropped it off but was certain it couldn’t have happened in the shop. I’m equally certain I didn’t hit anything to cause the damage. I’m very disappointed. I don’t know if I’ll be back.
Oh man! What can I say other than Jaime is always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable which help to make a decision to take care of whatever my car need. The other team members are very friendly and very helpful too. They assisted me as soon I got there and when I picked up my car so Thank you for having such a wonderful staff.

And not just throwing our money away for inconvenience by
Taking time out of our day to pay top dollar for services that are
Not being fulfilled.
Do to your technicians at Cerritos Nissian you have Now lost 7 customers so far do to my poor experience at this location.
So my husband, I and my family will no longer continue our services with you.
