In the almost 3 hours I was thereI didn't receive an update until I askes for one.
There was no Covid procesures in place. No hand sanitizer or cleaning the lobby.
The employeea changed the channel without asking thw clients if they minded. Then they gave sass when asked to change the xhannel channel back. No car wash. Other clients received a car wash.

Went it because the front sensor malfunction turned on out of no where. It was “fixed” part was “replaced” and successfully installed paid 99.95 for the alignment soon as I was getting in the freeway Back home the malfunction alert turned back on. Called in that instant I pulled over to the side of the road and contacted the service department told me they were closing in one hour to go back Monday because Sunday’s they’re closed

I do not like it because I charge a service that I do not isolate in my car and that although it is a prestijio diler I find it unpleasant that they charge for a job that was not done ????
My Overall Experience with the maintenance team was unacceptable. Cerritos Nissan highly recommended me to purchase a Service package that will cover my oil change plus multiple inspections (Complete major service). Knowing the great conditions of my truck maybe it wasn’t necessary. Trusted the professionals and I went all in. I feel extremely upset after being tricked and lied to. The Technician stated that my windshield wipers were in great condition, me knowing they were damage. Plus the tire rotation was part of the service and wasn’t done. I had to drive back for them to complete the job. What else did your technician missed? How do I know if the technician completed the throttle body, fuel induction service? I’m sure I am not the first that has been lied to. Just because the vehicle looks new, not everything wasn’t check as promised. By the way Paloma was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Just lost a loyal customer.
