Took car in for heater problems, tech and advisor said there was nothing wrong, still no heat coming out. Took to Garden Grove Nissan and sure enough heater panel was replaced, either your tech didn't want to fix it or didn't know how,won't go back to your location or recommend

Hace como 3 semanas me llamaron para un recall de mi carro. Y les comenté sobre mi aire que no servía bien, y la señoraPaloma albanez me dijo que le hacía falta una pieza que ya no le servía que tenía que dejar el carro y me llamaría cuando me aprobaran la garantía que tenía mi carro, y pasó casi una semana y nunca me llamo, y yo estuve hablando como 2 días seguidos hasta que me pude comunicar con ella por qué según quedó de hábleme y nunca me llamo. Muy mal servicio de ella, por qué al final no me aprobaron según ella. Pero eso no es lo malo , lo que no me gusto es que ella nunca me informó nada y yo tuve que hablar para saber de mi carro. Pésimo servicio el de l señora paloma albanez. ????

Jacob is an awesome service person very polite , I don’t know who did the detailing on the car , but it still has the dried up spilled hot chocolate on the side of the passenger seat where the seat belt snaps together . But you know it is what is , , like I mentioned before ,your customer service isn’t very friendly they lack communication among each other , I sat there with my niece and we watched one of your sales girls , being so rude and nasty to a gentleman that was trying to by a car that he had on lease, , sad to watch that they would speak to an an elderly person who didn’t understand what she was saying ,for her to raise her voice to him,,still up to today I have never been able to speak to the manager there , not there , busy , come back later ,he is gone already ,I know dealerships are independently owned , but I wonder how the actual main corporation of Toyota would feel about how you conduct your business with costumers , from what I have Seen and learned by experience customer service isn’t a priority , it’s just making that sale , saying whatever it is to to get that commission , id rather be honest that to **** people ... that my experience and opinion for the Cerritos Nissan

I was charged 812 dollars for two hoses replaced I priced the hoses they were about 20 rollers each Which means I was really charged over 700 dollars for labor. how long does it take to replace two visable hoses? I will be contacting your Corporate office on this matter My service agent. Name was Victor I will also bet sure to Yelp your horrible service

Eric is a real asset to the Cerritos Nissan Service Dept. Really impressed me with his personable way of customer interaction. In the time where no one seems able to relate to people anymore, Erica is a real person. For Christs sake, pay him whatever he wants. He’s well worth it.
