My experience with Tony and the staff at Cerritos Nissan was exceptional. Excellent customer service! I walked in on Saturday without an appointment. I was NOT turned away. Tony and the staff were gracious in accepting to take my vehicle in for diagnostic. Tony reached out several times to update me on my vehicle and services needed prior to rendering services. I look forward to bringing my vehicle back in the future to have it serviced. Tony and staff were very efficient. Thank you for the exceptional experience and customer service!!!

I was completely satisfied with my service from Nissan Of Cerritos. Tony Fears Junior was courteous, respectful, and promptly took care of my request for service. He informed me of the process and let me know that I would receive a call once the service was completed. When I picked up the vehicle, he reviewed the paperwork with me and escorted me to my car. I was very pleased with the service I received.
