I have trusted Tony always and I always go back to Cerritos Nissan because he has great customer service and he is honest. The only thing I complain is that service price is a bit expensive at times. Maybe be more competitive with other repair shops.

All was great. Victor took care of my car. Do great. Only problem is the price on the work. Through Covid I list my job at the end of October. The unemployment fund don’t do the trick. I have to return the car for mor work, I’m waiting as long as I can to figure out my financial situation. Thank you for your 9 years of service.

I made the service appointment for a recall. I was advised the certified technician would only be there on Thursday, 1/21/21, so I scheduled my appointment for that day. I had called on Monday, 1/18/21, so I had to wait a few days. I had other service done as well. When I arrived, the service rep was not there. No one knew I had an appointment. My recommended repairs could be done but not my service recall because the technician was not certified yet. How disappointing.
I’ll look else where for service in the future.
The employees were quick to offer recommended service but omitted the fact that the technician could not actually do the needed repairs due certification until after the other repairs were done. Classic “bait and switch”
