For a simple maintenace of Nissan Leaf with carwash, was told
By Eric that it would only take 30 minutes so just decided to wait. The wait became 1.5 hours and reason given was that the car ahead of my car took longer than expected. The carwash didnt even happen since it will delay the process more. It would have been better if after the 30 minutes promised, a staff couldve informed that the wait will be longer, called for uber service so that I couldve done something worthwhile at home instead of waiting at the nissan location. Disappointed.
Brian was a amazing sales associate. He took the time and truly listen to my needs. He help me come up with the best scenario that would work best for me. He maked getting my car worked on a lot easier. I hope next time we’re in he’s the one that gets to help us.
Carlos did a great job. It was really busy but he kept his composure and assisted every guest to the best of his ability. He gave me a time frame and my car was ready on time, this is rare when coming to Cerritos.
