Spending money on unexpected car repairs is never fun, but Tony made the experience as pleasant as possible. He made sure I understood why work needed to be done, presented options without pressure, and was extremely courteous throughout the transaction. I will return to Cerritos Nissan Service Department just for him.

My experience was okay - not exceptional! I had an appointment for 8:00am. I arrived at 7:40am. By 7:55 - I asked if my service person was available? At 7:58am Paloma walked up. Paloma finally came out at 8:04am rushing???? A routine 40 minute oil change that I have had many times in the past at other dealerships took a full 2 hours at Cerritos Nissan???? Not exactly impressive. I am hoping I have a better experience next time????

The service itself was awesome. My problem was that when I made the appointment, I told them I needed a ride home and the woman that made the appt. told me to tell the guy that helped me and he would set up. When I got there, they told me that you guys no longer had a shuttle which is understandable due to COVID, but you also didn't offer Uber anymore and that has nothing to do with COVID and that's a contract that you guys probably had with them. I would have arranged for a ride but I ended up having to pay for Uber myself.
