I Was supposed to get a call from her monday or tuesday , it is currently friday and i still havent received a call back about my radio
One yes/no question is not an acceptable survey to give good feedback. I like Jaime Nava very much but one simple question is not a sufficient survey. There was one small problem this time and I will be happy to discuss this with Jaime the next time I see him.

Carlos was friendly and thorough. He explained the issues with my car in detail, and also alerted me to some issues I was unaware of. He walked me through exactly what the techs needed to do, and was upfront about the pricing. Very happy with my experience, even had my car ready and waiting when I arrived..which I appreciate. I will definitely return to talk to Carlos for any service I need in the future.
