Went in got helped right away. They told me it would take 1 hour and a half and it did. They called me and picked my car up in less than 10 minutes, and they even washed and vacuumed my car. Great experience! Thank you David Bunuelos for everything!

Although we are having problems with the compressor on our Pathfinder, Erick has always been a pleasure to work with. He has been honest with us and he is always available when we call him. Over 4 hours wait time for an oil change (with an appointment) is ridiculous. And the fact that this dealership does not provide shuttle services makes it even worse. Paying almost $30k for a car and can’t get a ride to the mall while I wait?!? I absolutely regret giving my hard earned money to this establishment.
