It took 4 hours to get in contact and multiple attempts to pay for the service. It was very stressful to have to keep calling back. No other sales associate would accept payment for 4 hours. However Victor himself was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with.

My appointment was 7:00 and my technician came out and help me around 7:30 I seated at the waiting area until my car was fix, he texted me exactly 9:00 am according to his text my car was done and give him a couple of minutes to finish all the paperworks, I waited and waited and waited until 10:00 I couldn’t wait anymore, I went outside to asked him for my car and all I got from him is,, did I texted you? I’m so sorry if you guys are busy, me too! I have work that waiting for me. Maybe Nissan need to hire more people to accommodate all clients ASAP.

My seat has cracking. Must be manufacturing defect. My 1st service is not even due. And Nissan failed to fix the issue. I'm taking this issue with Nissan Corp.
