I bought the jeep a year ago and asked that before I purchased it, that it was completed up to date with all fluids. I was assured that it was and on my next oil change I suddenly had to change my differentials and transmission fluids (something I was under the impression was negotiated). I felt a bit cheated out. Aside from that, the past three times I had my oil changed I had to get underneath my jeep as soon as I got home to properly put on the shield on the bottom that vibrated and shook the whole way home because it wasnt properly put back together. This last oil change it happened again so I brought it back and they fixed it. It was a pretty significant waste of time. I feel as though once I purchased one of your vehicles, customer satisfaction was no longer important.

Very satisfied; and Rob in the service dept was very helpful with explaining everything and going over the checklist with me. I thought I maintained a pretty clean vehicle...then I saw what Auto Butler could do--great!

The lady that checked me out was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. She said she just started working there. Your staff did a great job in hiring her. She explained everything to me. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt like she cared. It was a great experience. Thank you again for a job well done!!

I was only in for a recall and I was only there for an hour maybe! I had not noticed any problems with my truck, so it is hard to say if a problem was resolved! I absolutely love my Ram truck and want the best care possible! I believe Auffenberg Dodge can and will do that for me!

I had a really great first experience overall. Would give a 4 out of 5. The reason why a 4 is I was unable to get ahold of anyone for an hour and a half on the phone and over 10-15 phone calls when I needed to check the status of my vehicular repair. I had plans to pick up family from the airport and needed to know when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Please as a company make it easier for the customers to hold technicians accountable. Otherwise my service was great and the technicians answered all my questions about maitansce and I was thankful we were able to agree on a price for the repair.

Very professional staff that kept me up to date through every step of the process. I have always avoided dealer work because of the price and while it was a bit higher than other places the quick service and quality of parts installed was well worth the extra money. I now have a fully functional Jeep and the peace of mind that comes with a company that warranties the work they preform. I will be a return customer. 10 our of 10

I went to get new tires put on my vehicle and lots of problems were to happen throughout the adventure. The first thing was that the appointment was scheduled on the wrong day, and also supposedly not found in the system. The second thing was as I was told while purchasing the car, I would get the tires, mounting and alignment. I never got an alignment after getting the tires put on. I dropped my car off at 2 p.m. for this “scheduled” appointment to which I didn’t get my car back until 7 p.m. for a tire change. There were many more problems and I am very unhappy about this entire experience. This is my first time using Auffenberg personally as it is my first bought car and I couldn’t be more upset about the service that I received.

CDJR was fantastic and did not push unnecessary things on me. My only concern was that I know I had a part hanging off my car and was hoping they would tell me what it was but they did not comment on it at all. This just makes me concerned with how thorough the inspection was.
