Staff and sales people are wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable while my vehicle is having maintenance done. Since I have trouble walking, Doug told Rob and myself that I may sit in his office so I don't have that walk to the waiting area. Always a pleasure when I go in there.

Service was great. I had several questions regarding my Jeep not related to the service being performed and Rob took the time to ensure that I left with all questions answered
Paid $150 just to have someone look at my car and be told I’d have to come back another time to have the work done. I and my husband both expressed that we’d need the car back same day because we had school aged children to pick up and I stil had to call and ask on a status report hours after dropping it off at my scheduled appointment time, and remind the rep I spoke to then that I needed the car at the end of the day. The reps were pleasant to talk to, but no one made it clear I’d be paying so much just for a tech to look at my car and thank goodness I didn’t have to wait at the dealership with my infant while the work was done.

The team was great , especially Rob he made my first oil change a pleasant experience although the internet wasn’t cooperating .
