Took too long. Took them two hours to change the oil in my van. They spent more time trying to sell me on maintenance that I did not want, then working on my vehicle.
Totally underestimated time needed for recall work. Wasn't aware of recalls until I came in for oil change. My time is valuable to me and spending 4 hours in a cold waiting area wasn't fun.

Nearly 2 hours is sort of a long time for an oil change and tire rotation. But, the staff is all so friendly, it makes it a little less annoying. Everyone always treats us well there.
Rob was super patient and nice. Explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.
You have had my door panels for my 2016 charger on backorder for almost 3 months and still no sign of them being shipped. I don't understand why it would take that long to get a standard part from the manufacturer.
Customer comfort is big with me and I was made to feel that what I wanted was important to Auffenburg.
My reason for selecting “no”, was because I took off work to have my vehicle serviced for a recall repair and first oil change. You didn’t have the part for the recall in stock. I will have to request more time off of work to come back after the part arrives, since you don’t have Saturday hours. I guess I assumed that if I had the appointment for the specific recall repair that the part would have been available. Sorry to complain, it is just very inconvenient. Thank you, Lisa

Service was good , the complimentary car wash was a joke. There was mud behind the tires and the rims were still dirty. Thanks for the oil change.
Kristen has been great. I also appreciate the rental I've been able to keep. It's a little frustrating that a front axle would take so long to fix. It's been 2 weeks and the part still isnt in. I understand it's on back order, it just seems odd that it would take so long. I dont need to be contacted, just giving some feedback.

Took what I thought was an extended period for the service (2 full days) to replace a power window switch, and the vehicle was half a tank of gas gone when we got it back.
