When appointment was first made, the scheduler was unable to answer recall questions about the vehicle and scheduled my appointment for a time when there was a two hour backlog on oil changes. This resulted in my having to make two trips to the service department rather than just one. The service and service department personnel did an excellent job. Recommend scheduler transferring the call to a service manager rather if the scheduling software cannot keep up with real time events in the shop or answer questions about recalls.
