My appointment was Saturday at 12:30. I spoke to the attendant working and I told him I had a complimentary coupon for a car wash. His response was that they won’t have time to do it. In my mind it doesn’t say the coupon has to be used at a certain time . I just said, well that isn’t nice. He then said well we close at 1:00 but I’ll tell them to wash it. He told me they close at 1:00several times. He said be back before 1:00 to get your car. I was there before 1:00. I didn’t get my car back until about 1:15 or so. I cash out and he said the parts department forgot to charge me for parts. just made me think that everyone was in a hurry to get out of there by 1:00. Anyway I left and the car wash? Yeah, it was washed somewhat and they left some greasy fingers get tips on the hood. I guess that was my proof that the hood was raised. Hoping that I got an oil change. They didn’t even put a sticker on my windshield to remind me of my next oil change. The old one is still there. Needless to say, I won’t be returning for service there.

I had a noon appointment and got there shortly b4 noon and after an hour I went and checked on it and The service guy went and checked on it and they HAD NOT even started on it. And he said they would pull someone off another job to do mine. Was not happy that I had an appointment at noon and got there b4 noon and they waited an hour b4 they even started and probably would have been longer if I would not have went and checked on it.
