It took 2 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment and it still took 2 hours, ridiculous.

Traffic on the Map page remains greyed out. It worked when I bought the vehicle, and Mazda techs insist it's working as advertised; it is clearly not. This is the third time I brought it in for the same problem and it has never been resolved.
