Love Auffenberg! I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and 4 car purchases and have always been happy with the service and whole car buying experience. The service manager at MAZDA IS TOP NOTCH! He took excellent care of us even though we did not purchase our Mazda at Auffenberg originally. I would recommend this dealer to everyone!
They are great at accommodating my crazy schedule, letting me leave my car the night before and picking up late. They keep me informed of what is going on with my vehicle. This time I requested an oil change, winterization-prep and 180,000 mile service, so I was prepared for a large bill. After they called with the initial quote, they called back to say I'd had something done at my last service, so therefore I didn't really need whatever was part of the 180K mile pkg. That took over $100 off my bill. I was pleasantly surprised. I don't think every service provider would act so ethically/conscientiously. I trust Dave and his employees to take care of me and my car.
Dave was great with us. We had a Dr appointment and he made sure our car was worked on right away.

Everything was great, the only problem I have was after I left I found out there was a big glue stain on my windshield, so I'll have to figure out how to get that off, but I don't need like a call back or anything I'll work it out.
Whenever I need service, I never go anywhere but your service department!
The service writer was very nice and genuine, not pushy or condescending at all, and they got me in and done very quickly.
All is good. Maybe a touch longer than expected but service people were pleasant and helpful as always.
