My appointment time was at 6:45 am and my truck wasnt even looked at till afternoon, wasnt diagnosed till the following day. When I picked up , couldn't get a strait answer of what was completed

The only thing I would say is that of someone calls for a recall the person making the appointment knows which dealership the car needs to go to for the appointment. I wasn't told that since I had a Mazda that I needed to take it to the Mazda part of Auffenberg. So I had to pick my car up from the Fird part where I bought the car and take it to the Mazda part causing me to have to have a drive 2 times today to get me back and forth across the river.
