I brung my car in last week to be diagnosed and given prices of different problems. I was gave the run around (from Dade) regarding my bumper issue all the way up until 4pm today when I was FINALLY given a price for something I didn’t even ask for!!! When I spoke with the Manager (Gary) about my problem he acted careless after I spent over a $1000 getting my car serviced without all issues addressed! I then got in my car to noticed my quarters were stolen out of my cup holder! This is the worst experience ever I will not be back or recommend anyone to do business with them & I will let Facebook and those I know of this horrible experience!!

Just an issue with how hard mechanics drive my car.
Tiffani Tonnies is a great customer oriented service manager. She kept ke well informed and went out of her way in helping me undetstand all aspects of my repair work and got it done in a very timely fashion so that I could use my truck to take my grandsons on a mini vacation. Thank you Tiffani and service employees.
Dade was very helpful and knowledgeable.
It's hard to believe a large dealership like Auffenberg use's the customers vehicle to transport customers, I will never request a ride home or anywhere else from Auffenberg. Anything could have happen while in the hands of the driver's while they were alone.

It took 2 hours for an oil change!
Wiper fluid empty. Went to clear windshield....nothing. makes me wonder what else wasn't checked or serviced. Had a problem befor that they didn't do the Auto butler correctly.

Better customer service. Nice waiting area. Heard someone say there was a charging station, but never found it.
This was another example on an appointment that was made, but it took 15 minutes just to check in. Then, several hours later still waiting on vehicle. Are you over booking or understaffed?
Dade has very good customer service.
The gentleman who waited on me was very professional. However he was the only one working, including as the cashier. The wait was longer than normal.
Had car in for service in October 9 and told your people about low battery was told nothing wrong. Yesterday Nov 8 my car would not start. Auffenberg north told me have someone jump start me. But they did not provide that service Ford service center wanted to do survey. Told my car to Belleville's service center they tested battery and had to replace it. This could have been done in Oct and savec me the aggravation and time. Ford is quickly loading a customer. Will not recommend Auffenberg to friends.not a happy customer.
