The problem should have been fixed under warranty, but service rep said it was not covered due to it being after market item. The after market item was put on y by ford of upland and there was no mention that that item would not be covered at time of purchase. Service rep was not very knowledgeable of anything and made up something thinking I was not going to understand. Service rep should not be i his position if he doesn’t know what he is talking about

The car was fixed. I am satisfied with that. The timeline was an issue. I dropped the car Friday and got a call Friday night asking if I could pick it up Saturday. I said yes. I sent a message Saturday asking when the car would be ready and heard nothing. I received a message on Monday saying the car would be ready that day. I then get a call Monday night saying it would be ready Tuesday. I was asked if I needed a loaner car. I have three children and evenings are difficult to get out and about. So I declined. On Tuesday, same story. The car wasn’t ready and in the evening I was asked about a loaner again. On Wednesday, I received a call that the car was ready and that it would be washed and ready for me. I went 4 hours after that call. My car was not washed. The center console that was replaced looks like it is about to have a tear in the same place as the previous one (the leather is slightly bubbled up). There was black dust all over my beige leather seats. That is not the first time that I have picked up my car and the inside was dirty from the service.

Eric got my car in and out very quickly. Eric was friendly and helpful so this made me grateful to have someone like Eric Groulx to wait on me. This was a job well done.

I was a "waiter," brought my truck in at 8:00, was told it would take about 1-1/2 hours, maybe less, and I didn't get out of there until after 11:30. Also I requested tire rotation and it is not showing on my invoice so I'm not sure it was done. Otherwise satisfied with the work done.

I was very satisfied with all the service I received. Unfortunately the matter of my brakes was not resolved. They tested and tested the car but of course no problem was discovered. In the end though everyone I dealt with from the first person I met with today, the driver of the shuttle to the person I received my car from were very professional and courteous.
