I do not bring my car to Ford of Upland due to an extremely terrible experience last year at this dealership. However, I was concerned with the engine light flashing and was not sure I could get my car to the dealership I have been going to. Kim was completely made aware of my distaste for Upland Ford. She attempted to easy my unhappiness with the dealership and their customer service. I appreciate her and her diligence to put me at ease.

I have a intermittent problem that won’t repeat in your shop. Been there 4-5 times. Seems like you would have people with ideas biased on my description. So no, I am not real happy. I can’t trust the car!
