I was 100% Satisfied. I have purchased/leased 5 vehicles from Ford of Upland and have had the worst service for years despite numerous complaints. Kim Hawkins is a breath of fresh air. She kept her word, kept me informed, went above and beyond to give me excellent service. This is the first time I have been satisfied by Ford of Upland's service department. I will Only work with her in the future for all of my Ford vehicles.

Robert, the service representative was not forthcoming about the cost of the repairs and parts. Nor did he explain what my portion was to pay. He also did not send an updated invoice when I repeated asked for one before the repairs were done. I am not happy about the service I received. My truck was filthy when I picked it up and there were dirty rags left in the truck. We were not greeted by staff when we arrived to pick up the truck though there were 3 employees standing outside talking to each other. They looked at us but continued to talk to each other. Needless to say we are not happy.

My Ford Fusion had a recall on it and Steven Martinez answered all of my questions about the recall thoroughly. I had other questions about my car's maintenance that Mr. Martinez also answered for me. I was completely satisfied with Steven Martinez's service.

Drop my expedition in morning no call from finally later afternoon he said didn't even look my car so no call for him I call 3 times n he answer my call didn't give me any information about my car I have to ask him about my car. Finally I call again the next day I'd off

Incorrect mileage stated on all the paper work. I have over 169k miles on my 2012 fusion hybrid not 16.9k miles. Also, the inspection report was not dated or filled out completely. I'm used to someone giving me recommendations on my car of what's needed or if it's all good but I heard nothing after waiting for over 2.5hrs.

Price was higher for the brake job. I was sent an email stating one price, but was charged another higher price- bait and switch??? Not sure. I showed Robert what was sent and he changed it. If I didn’t have my phone, who knows- thanks. Donn - who was my shuttle driver was great.
