Waited two hours for routine oil change and asked to have the air conditioning system evaluated. Ever since purchase of the vehicle, the air delivery waivers in air flow. The car was returned, two hours later, dirty, with a smile and comment nothing is wrong with the air conditioning. I just wish for once, someone could deliver a service beyond the absolute basics, listen to a customer and wash a car. I have had the car for a year and downright know, there is something wrong with the air conditioning but will take many more visits out of my time to have it fixed.

Robert couldn't provide updates in a timely manner and at the end of day one I did not have any idea what the status of my car was. It was if he didn't care. While I understand warranty work is lower priority and ford of upland is busy, a simple call at the end of the day would have made the world of difference. I couldn't go or plan anything due to the lack of an update. We bought three cars from ford of upland in the last year, but the services managed by Robert have made us reconsider recommending ford of upland as a place of service for our cars and our friends. While our sales experience has been great, it makes ford of upland hard to recommend as a whole.

No need for a call back. Service was good as always the only problem that I had, was when I mentioned that my car wasn't washed, the attendant had a very Cavalier attitude, and said "well it's free anyway."
