The help was horrible. I was stuck there all day.the worst was they had the parts but never called me to notify me they had them. I only found out because I went to the dealership.

My only dissatisfaction was that I had asked when calling in for the appointment to be able to rent a loaner car. There was not one available. This had nothing to do with Robert, in fact, he was able to expedite my service so that my wait time was reasonable. Please make more loaner cars available or give accurate information regarding the availability. This is an important feature to me.

Just was not happy with the service I got ... never got a phone call back ... I had to call to see what going on ... they had my truck 5days ... nothing was done ... was told they couldn’t duplicate the problem ... They could of done that in day or so ... not five day with no vehicle ...!i will not be going back to ford if upland ... same service as sunrise ford ...
The work performed on my car was completed to my satisfaction. The drop off option (leaving car night before) was great. However, my car was very dirty, since I had not driven due to ABS light on. Dirty enough that hand prints were all over the hood from mechanics. The car was not washed. When I asked at pick up i was told, I had to request at drop off. Again, it was a NIGHT drop. Spending almost $500 in repair, it should have automatically been washed as a courtesy.
