Robert was great. Response to calls and updates about service were very poor. I’m not used to the overall level of customer service I received. The department is struggling. That is very obvious and does not make for a great customer experience

Purchased vehicle new from Ford of Upland in 2016 . I had a recall adresssed and also asked about check engine light prompt . The diagnostic results suggested I needed a new battery although the vehicles battery was a 3 year battery. No concessions were offered or pro-rating on a new battery estimated cost 360.00 for a 12 volt not hybrid battery. Paid the 130.00 diagnostic fee and had recall corrected but felt poorly serviced at the end of the day . I have owned 2 mustangs 2 expeditions 3 focuses and this Fusion I will rethink my brand loyalty

Steve is the consummate professional always friendly, takes the time to explain the services and on the busiest of days still manages to makes you feel like the most important customer on the lot I come to Ford of Upland because of the personalized service

I dropped my truck off for a 7 am appointment and your service department never even looked at it all day. I picked it up at 5:30 PM with no diagnosis of the problem I'm having with the truck, Nor was the recalls that were supposed to be taken care of done.
