Reads different on my brakes and tires then on inspection
Sheet. Makes me wonder if they just check stuff off or really inspect it if they’re not sure what they’re marking down,

I drive back and forth from North Idaho to Upland and whenever I stopped and I stopped at Upland Ford I kind of got in a jam and my truck wasn't running well and Robert Perez not just once but twice took me in and resolved all my problems this guy's the guy he's the man I talk to you when I bring my truck in unbelievably knowledgeable lots of experience I've been buying trucks from Upland Ford since I went to the Upland High in 19 69 I hope to see Robert Perez as a manager or something in your new store

Customer service was great but price is estimate was almost double the 5 other quotes I received for alternator replacement. $700 vs $375-$415 so I did not proceed with getting repairs at Ford.

Whoever brought my vehicle in and out for inspection, broke the rpa system and left peanut shells littered in the engine bay...very disappointed with the treatment of my vehicle.
