Robert Perez out right lied about the service that was asked to be performed on my vehicle. He was asked to check an issue and when I came to pick my vehicle up, and I asked why this wasn’t done, I was told we never asked for it.
I am extremely unhappy with the level of service from your misnamed “service” department. I wasn’t even given a receipt for the service that WAS performed.
I think I will be filing a formal complaint. I will also have to go back and get my service receipt for fear of poor quality of work.
Steven has been taking care of my vehicles for years. Great guy. Trustworthy.
Eric always does a great job for us. He has great follow-up and customer care skills along with a wealth of product knowledge. You are lucky to have him as part of your Ford of Upland family.

Had to speak with a manager to get an answer about what was wrong with my car. unprofessional way of communicating to the customer, was told the tech working on my car would blow me off if I tried to speak to him that he was not paid to talk.when I was simply trying to find out what was wrong with my car. Was not told my car would be worked on at another site. Was left in the dark I had to call to get some sort of update. It was a warranty job and was not offered any rental car was left without a car. No attempt at taking care of the customer. Won't be back for any service work in the future.
Service was performed successful and Kim kept me abreast of any changes to said service. Kim professionalism and outstanding customer service is always appreciated.
