My truck was finished on time and they fix what was wrong

I keep asking for my truck to be washed, but they never do. They say it was washed and it wasn't. Don't offer it if you have no intention of doing it.

I have been taking my truck for service at Upland Ford since I've moved here. Every time I get my truck back my front end seems tight, don't know how to explain it, but this time it doesn't feel like the rest of the times I picked up my truck. I don't know if it's my truck because they didn't not mention it on the paper work.

She did what she said she was going to do at the price she quoted in the timeframe she stated so I am pleased

I got charged for a tire rotation that the mechanic never did. He put on the paperwork he rotated them. I will never go back to have service done on my truck.

Had an appointment at 8:30 to have transmission looked at. After not hearing back after 4 hours I called only to be told that I would be called back. After almost 3 hours of not hearing recieving a phone call I called only tone placed on hold for about 10 mins. Once I was able to speak with Hugo I was told my car hadn't been looked at. Now this was after almost 9 hours of it being there. I told it was because I didn't have an appointment which I did because I scheduled it 2 weeks before since it was my day off. Needless to say I was very disappointed in lack of communication regarding my car. This is not the first time I've had bad bad customer service at this dealership there was also an issue with the paperwork for the license plates not being turned in. I have emailed a letter to the manager of the dealership and have not heard back. If this how customers are treated with no response I can assure you if I was able to get back car that I traded in and my down payment I would have and took my business elsewhere
