Took way too long to replace a speaker in the pillar Left my car at 9:00am with an appointment and came back around 3 pm still had to wait an additional 25 min. As a technician I know this doesn’t take that long. I might just move over to Sunrise Ford. They seem to have it all together there. I also called to make an appointment last weekend and they said they only have one technician working and could not do the work. Really. I expected better service.

Excellent response to a critical need it may not sound critical taillights replacement but I didn’t have the time tools or inclanation to do this work myself

He was a true gentleman at work. He made sure my vehicle was ready in time and had a another vehicle available for me to use so I can get to work while my vehicle was under maintenance. Outstanding guy! The shuttle crew and cashiers at the front service desk did a awesome job also!
