Took way too long to replace a speaker in the pillar Left my car at 9:00am with an appointment and came back around 3 pm still had to wait an additional 25 min. As a technician I know this doesn’t take that long. I might just move over to Sunrise Ford. They seem to have it all together there. I also called to make an appointment last weekend and they said they only have one technician working and could not do the work. Really. I expected better service.

Great customer services. The drop of was fast and organized. When the service was completed the service tech called with the recommendation for addition items. Great derives will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Excellent response to a critical need it may not sound critical taillights replacement but I didn’t have the time tools or inclanation to do this work myself

Kim is AMAZING! She is personable, professional, and she doesn’t pressure sell you. He was a true gentleman at work. He made sure my vehicle was ready in time and had a another vehicle available for me to use so I can get to work while my vehicle was under maintenance. Outstanding guy! The shuttle crew and cashiers at the front service desk did a awesome job also!

First timer at you service center. I had a great experience, from you attendant to your service writer to your cashier. Everyone did a great job and was very professional. Also I think the price was very reasonable for an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks again!
