I have dealt with Kim several times for service on my truck. I will continue to go back to her because she has consistently given me good service and been able to answer my questions. She has also looked for deals for me and only suggested things that really needed to be done. This is important to me when a number of dealers either don’t care or try to upsell things that are unnecessary.
Robert is AMAZING!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and delivered some not so great news about my car in a way that helped me make a decision. The service was FAST and everyone was attentive & kind.

Everything was going fine with my visit until the time of checkout with the cashier. She didn't give me the time I needed while making the payment, She was on a call. Also I assumed she would call my vehicle out and she didn't. If it wasnt for a ford personnel who asked me if I needed help whos name I didn't get.I would of been waiting longer than the 30 mins. Before he went and pulled out my vehicle.
