My car was kept from 7am till the next day, and no one called me to let me know it was going to stay overnight. This was a big inconvenience since I had to work the next morning.

I would of thought that they would of offered a loaner car since it was a somewhat a warranty issue. When I picked it up the next day the truck had dirt / water spots on one side of the truck that weren't there when I dropped it off.

Hugo was helpful, however when we picked up our vehicle, all work had not been completed... during a short wait, work requested was completed and we were on our way... we will return for service in the future...
