Robert was awesome...not only did he have the car ready in the expected time...but was also able to get the necessary parts quickly. His demeanor and attention to detail is appreciated very much. Having worked with other Service employees at Upland Ford it is obvious how the much they care to satisfy their customers. I wish the Upland much success.
I brought my Explorer in for a service and a couple of warranty items. Eric was simply amazing! Within minutes, my SUV was taken to the mechanic area for service. I barely had time to have a cup of coffee and walk the showroom before Eric found me to tell me that my Explorer was finished and being washed!
I have two cars. My second car is a BMW. To be perfectly honest, the level and quality service that I received from Eric and everyone at Upland Ford blows the gaskets off of the BMW dealership.
I live about 60 miles from Upland Ford. I had such an amazing buying experience that I don’t mind driving all the way to this dearship for service and will continue to do so even though South Bay Ford is only about 9 miles away.
