I made an appointment and was greeted and a work order was promptly done. My service was done within an hour and I was called by the service manager to notify me the service was complete. My Explorer was washed and ready to go.

Hugo was professional and courteous. He looked after the whole derive process efficiently and explain to me what type of service is recommended for my car and he was nice enough to wash my car. He also informed me about additional services available and add me to the mail list to be notified. Overall top notch service and completely satisfied

We had an appointment 12/31/18. I brought my vehicle in for the scheduled appointment only to be told by Robert Perez that there were no service technicians in to service my car. Nobody called me the day before to cancel this appointment and reschedule. We scheduled a new appointment the following week. I was yold I would get a phone call by 12:00 noon. By 3:00 p.m. I had to call and see what the status of my car was as no phone call was made. I was told again by Mr. Perez that my car just went back as they were behind. I responded letting him know that a phone call would be nice. Upon getting my vehicle, I was told that the part needed to be ordered and woild take 5-7 days. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks (15 days actually) later. I brought my vehicle in on that appointment go have the part replaced. We were then told that the part was not in, even though I received phone calls and texts confirming my appointment. Nobody seemed to offer or explanation except that they didn’t have it. Mr. Perez was not helpful all three experiences with him. I made a phone call to Ford of Upland and asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Eric. Eric was very kind and promised us answers. Through his investigation he discovered that the part arrived but arrived damaged and communication fell through the cracks. A new part was ordered. On 2/4/19, over 1 month later, our part arrived and was repaired. This process took an incredibly long amount if time that is just not acceptable. However, Eric was helpful the entire process. My future dealings with be with Eric and not Robert.

Eric was very sensitive to our concerns with the brakes on our 2008 Edge. He did extra investigation and was available to talk with my husband and me about our concerns.

Upland Ford has always given me excellant service. I have been going to Upland Ford for over 30 years and I would never use another dealership. Eric always takes very good care of me and is very patient with me. I appreciate him more than I can say. He is an asset to your dealership. He speaks 'senior citizen' very well.

I recently had service done to my Mustang at a dealer closer to home so, I really have something to compare greatness to. My experience at Ford Of Upland was absolutely awesome from start to finish. I call late on Thursday and the lady on the other end was very helpful and knowledgeable. She set an appointment and assured me that I would have information on my car no later than noon. I took the car in and it was quit and easy checking in. Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable as well in fact, the entire staff was friendly and I felt welcomed there. I was provided with a ride home and back by very friendly and safe drivers. I was called before noon and my car was done an hour later. When my car was presented to my it had been washed. WHAT AN UNEXPECTED ENDING! To say the least I was very happy with Ford Of Upland all around. Thank you
